How long does it take to build domain reputation?

For a brand-new domain with zero sending history: 4–8 weeks of gradual, engaged sending to build ‘High’ reputation on Gmail. Start with hundreds of emails per day to your most engaged contacts (people who open, click, reply). Double volume every few days. Never send to cold or unverified lists during warmup. The algorithm is essentially: high engagement + low spam complaints = good reputation. Rush it with cold lists and you’ll establish bad reputation that takes months to recover from.
