Does domain reputation affect all email providers equally?

No. Each major provider maintains its own reputation database. Gmail uses its own signals, Microsoft uses SmartScreen, Yahoo has its own system. Improving Gmail reputation doesn’t automatically fix Outlook deliverability and vice versa. You need to monitor each separately. That said, underlying factors (low spam rate, proper authentication, engaged list) improve reputation everywhere — the providers are measuring similar things with different algorithms.
